About The Construction Site

Studio Manly is a creative studio space for TV, video, live webcasts and photography. Studio Manly, located at the gateway to Sydney’s Northern Beaches is available for hire 5 days a week. Featuring a purpose-built 90-degree seamless white cyclorama which is perfectly pre-lit with 5400k houselights – the space is designed to ‘walk in and shoot. 6 colour temperature matching floor-lights, cabling and client monitor are also included. Studio Manly’s unique facilities are comfortable, quiet, bright and private. An extensive array of collateral equipment, live multi-camera switching, live record, live webcast suite, cameras, green screen, audio equipment, spot lights and LED lights, tripods / light stands, sound booth, edit suite and in-house creative team are also available for hire. Studio Specs - 200sqm studio complex with high 3.5m ceiling - Arctic white infinity corner cyclorama with full black out. - Cyclorama dimensions: 8.5m deep x 7.5m wide x 3.5m high - Cyclorama structure: top curve, bottom curve & corner - Sound suited for recording audio for video with thick wall curtains, sound panels and floor mat to soften echo. - Available for hire: Tripod standing green screen paper cyclorama – 2.5 m (also available in 6 other soft tone & neutral colours) - Available for hire: Tripod standing green screen fabric cyclorama – 6 m

  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
