In-house table, chairs, and tent rental. outdoor catering is allowed but must be approved but we can also provide catering services. There are no paid admissions per person or in any form. No selling alcohol, no open house parties all parties must have a guest list, and the guest count must be as accurate as possible. Security and police officers are permitted when alcohol is being consumed but no armed guards only police officers are permitted to carry firearms on the premises. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while on the property. There will be staff here for the event for any instance that is needed but large parties NEED to be approved. Music and DJs are allowed but music has to be kept at a normal level we are in a residential neighborhood and the city has a 24-hour noise ordinance. Decorations and balloons are allowed but excessive decorations will incur a separate garage fee. There is no confetti, glitter, or sparkles of any material. If it gets in an area there’s a $250 cleaning fee for every 25 square feet that is dirty with the decorations and Balloons must be popped and disposed of in the trash as well cleaning fee.
