This is a 100+ year old brick Schlitz brewery tied-house renovated into a luxury home with soaring ceilings, wood floors, and natural light. We've hosted media productions for local and national brands including video and commercial photography. The two kitchens and two separate floors provides flexible options and multiple shoots possible at the same time. You're renting the full building -- 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, 2 Kitchens w/ bars, upstairs dining room (for 6), and 3 porches, and in-unit laundry. Climbing stairs is required since it's a two story building with no elevator. Kitchens include: Oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Breakfast bars with 3 barstools each, dishes, glassware, and silverware for 6, pots and pans for cooking, coffee bar.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
