You're renting the full building -- 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, 2 Kitchens w/ bars, upstairs dining room (for 6), and 3 porches, and in-unit laundry. Climbing stairs is required since it's a two story building with no elevator. Kitchens include: Oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Breakfast bars with 3 barstools each, dishes, glassware, and silverware for 6, pots and pans for cooking, coffee bar.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
