The world has never been more creative. Or innovative. And we want to help inspire that imaginative spirit with one of the most unique rentable, collaborative spaces in St. Louis. Whether it’s a corporate meeting, co-working, a photoshoot, happy hour, or any event that could spark the world’s next big idea, consider our space yours to freely imagine within. Renter must sign Rental Agreement (emailed to renter from Atelier 1879) prior to booking. E-mail us for weekend rates.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

This place was perfect for my father’s 70th birthday. All of our guests were impressed and energized by the space. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. We will remember this space for future events and recommend it to all of our friends and family.

These owners were compassionate and helpful in all aspects from the design of space for guests and food service. Nothing but high compliments from every guest. 5 stars. I had the most wonderful grad party I could have ever hoped for at Atelier. The space that’s been created here is absolutely gorgeous. I had planned to invite friends and family from all over the world and many phases in my life for this big moment. One thing that stood out to me was that the space is topographically four separate rooms— one main event area, a glass vestibule, mid game room and distal smaller room. This was perfect for many people meeting for the first time. It allowed for more organic conversation with smaller groups and by half way through the venue almost everyone was comfortably hanging out in the main area. There are two bars and two bathrooms, and a fun foosball table I played at with the kids. The super classy BMW, Vespa, and bike had even my most serious/respected attending physician taking selfies. Half the guests were born and raised STL’s who were shocked they had never heard of this place! Truly a hidden gem!! (Definitely not hidden for long)

The space was huge, clean and well-appointed. We loved the funky vibe and the cool decor. The hosts were extremely responsive and pleasant and had everything we could possibly ask for on hand. The neighborhood is lovely and a convenient drive to downtown. We would be delighted to rent this space again and highly recommend it to anyone for a business meeting or event!

This location is amazing, clean and has a nice vintage, but cozy feel to it. The host was more than accommodating with good communication.
