About the Space
Open loft space with trees. Exposed brick. Ideal for fitness classes and media productions! Our studio is perfect for a meet-ups, film shoots, lectures, workshops, personal training sessions, rehearsals, art shows, fashion fittings, meditation and more. There two bathrooms and kitchen. This amazing studio located in the heart of Greenpoint. Locker room access. Equipment is included with rental as well. We can accommodate up to 40+ standing guest. Space with great energy. We also have a rooftop with city view (additional fees). Additional fees: Cleaning fee Please note that our studio is available for rent only in the middle of the day.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was just like the photos, absolutely stunning! Extremely responsive host and was kind enough to let us have custom yoga mats delivered to the location since we were coming in from out of town!
