About the Space

Open loft space with trees. Exposed brick. Ideal for fitness classes and media productions! Our studio is perfect for a meet-ups, film shoots, lectures, workshops, personal training sessions, rehearsals, art shows, fashion fittings, meditation and more. There two bathrooms and kitchen. This amazing studio located in the heart of Greenpoint. Locker room access. Equipment is included with rental as well. We can accommodate up to 40+ standing guest. Space with great energy. We also have a rooftop with city view (additional fees). Additional fees: Rooftop - $50/hr Cleaning fees, if needed to. Pricing subject to change based on event date, time, and number of guests. Please submit us a request for your event and we’ll happily get back to you with a price quote asap. If your event smaller, it’s possible the fee may be less than listed. If your event is larger, it’s possible the fee may be higher the listed. We are open to renting for single events or for blocks of time each week at a significant discount.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Elshad was extremely responsive and his space is even better than in person!!! His on the ground support was super helpful coordinating folks in and out of the studio and we had an incredible practice. Thank you Elshad!!

The space was just like the photos, absolutely stunning! Extremely responsive host and was kind enough to let us have custom yoga mats delivered to the location since we were coming in from out of town!
