The bathroom on the top floor includes a wall sized mirror, subway tiled walls, and light color scheme, while the red tiled downstairs full bathroom has a more dramatic look. Backyard includes high fencing all around for privacy, flowers, and length of wall bench seating. Front yard has a low picket fence, large Magnolia tree, flowerbeds and spacious porch with outdoor furniture.

We are following all state and local Covid guidelines. Masks are optional, proof of vaccination is not required, and house will be professionally cleaned between bookings. Paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags will be provided for touch ups. Please leave the space as reasonably clean as you found it. Please empty all indoor trash cans, put used dishes in dishwasher, wipe up spills, check yards for anything you may have forgotten, as well as trash. Thank you so much!
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
