Our team is communitive and dedicated to providing white glove customer service⭐️. Cleanliness is our priority✨. We take great pride in keeping our property cleaned and SANITIZED. Our property is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly before and after each booking to prevent the spread of germs during this CoVID-19/flu season.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Our newly renovated Florida Coastal Beach-inspired house is full of light, energy, and beach living. This popular coastal-style house is full of green and blue watery hues and natural texture comfortable furniture, which is great for photoshoots, blogs, videos, interviews, small gatherings, temporary office space, and youtube videos. It has a modern boho twist with a relaxing feel of home and happiness. Experience the Florida Keys Living!

We have a driveway that can fit two cars. In addition, there is free parking at the bank nearby.

General Rules

PLEASE READ By booking this house, you agree to comply with all of the rules listed below. Failing to obey rules may result in the booking period ending early without any refund. In addition, if you fail to follow the rules and damage property, you may be charged extra fines. OVERTIME FEE: Please ensure all crew, guests, and equipment are outside of the room when the booking period ends to avoid overtime charges. All overtime fees will be charged 2x the hour rate by 30-minute increments. CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time and receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable. PROHIBITED: - No smoking - No nudity - No standing on the furniture with shoes unless approved otherwise - No burning of candles unless approved otherwise - No feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, weapons, and any small particles that are difficult to clean - No loud music outside of the house ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Everything can be moved as long as it is placed back in place + intact. - Guests will be requested to sign a liability waiver. - Guests may be requested to pay a security deposit depending on the type of booking. PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES: You are responsible for leaving the loft the exact way it was prior to your booking. The house is inspected before the booking begins and right after the booking period ends. If damages are done to the property or furniture, there will be charges billed via Peerspace.

Security cameras and recording devices

We respect everyone and their privacy; therefore, there are no cameras in the house. However, we do have one security camera outside near the front door.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
