An 1,800 sq. ft. loft with a huge fire place in the middle, with a great circular flow around it. Easily rearranged or use as is. Great for any type of photo shoot or filming. Gallery lighting and great natural lighting in the front section. Could work well for a music video shoot or condo loft living space, or interviews.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our host Chris was very responsive and great with communication throughout the shoot. He was nice enough to accomodate some funky requests from crew as well. The location was exactly what we wanted for the music video and was a perfect fit for the look we were going for. Would 10/10 book again.
