You can't hear neighbors, it's a very quite residential neighborhood. No noise from AC, appliances are not noisy.

Stairs

Garage can be used as loading zone and you can bring in equipment through home access door in garage. The home is on a hill and moving trucks will not fit in garage, so a van/sprinter is probably best for equipment transport.

Living Area

Unless you obtain permission first, all bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are off-limits.

Outlets are available all around the home. Circuit breaker is located inside the garage.

Zero Tolerance Party We have a zero-tolerance for parties! We are strictly enforcing the no party or large gatherings. Do not attempt to throw a party or large gatherings/uninvited guests. Failing to comply will result in immediate shut down and cancelation of your reservation with no refund. You will also be charged and charged an additional cleaning fee of $250. We do NOT allow the following: Noise Complaints Loud Music  Small Parties Baby Showers Birthday Parties [Kids partied or Adults] Large Gatherings Celebrations Events Balloons, streamers, bounce house.  DJ’s or Big Speakers.  General No dirty shoes on carpet  No Pets No weed or recreational drugs  Do not move furniture  Quiet Hours All outdoor use (Fire Pit, Bubble Tent, Deck, etc) must end at: 10 PM Sun-Thur 11 PM Fri & Sat No loud music or noise after 10:00PM until 7:00AM. Please be respectful to next door neighbors. [PLEASE NOTE] If the police are called to the residence for any negative reason excluding an emergency then you will be asked  to leave immediately with NO REFUND. No exceptions.

Furniture must not be removed from building. Wall decoration should not be moved. Anything moved needs to be put back or a additional fee will be assessed by cleaning staff.
