Rental includes: living room, dining room, kitchen (can be used to warm/setup food but not cook full meals unless otherwise discussed and an add on to the booking is created) , guest bathroom, and balcony. This place is a tranquil sanctuary in the heart of downtown. This consciously designed space has an open layout with an outpouring of natural light offering countless possibilities, it evokes an elevated elegance embodying the epitome of luxury. Equipped with an open kitchen, a living/dining room with panoramic floor to ceiling windows and balcony makes this space go to for producers, meetings, and show rooms that sure to wow. NOTE - looking for more upscale and chill events. Not interested in hosting crazy, loud, wild late night parties - sorry 😢 Parking is limited due to the downtown location so Uber and car pool is strongly recommended however there is a parking lot across the street from the building (on Martin and Wilmington) and several paid parking decks in very close proximity (about a minute walk). Please note: Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, breakdown, and vacate. You cannot enter the studio early, and you’re expected to vacate no later than the time your reservation ends.
