There are multiple spots right by the rollup door entrance to the studio space.

A representative from this space will greet you at arrival and check the space upon your departure, but will not be present during your use of the photo studio. Be mindful that the studio space is under video surveillance at all times for security purposes. Use of our rental inventory is free of charge with booking the photo studio, and is based on item availability with a cap of $1,000 rental order value. You may rent additional inventory for your booking date beyond the $1,000 cap if you choose. Specific items must be pre-selected at least seven days prior to the date of your photoshoot booking, and our team will have the items ready in the photo studio at no additional cost. We will not accept any request within seven days of the booking date without charging an additional minimum fee of $80. We do not allow outside crew to pull from our warehouse shelves during the use of the photo studio for your safety. Day-of pulling and styling services are not included, but can be added at an additional fee depending on your needs. Inventory items are not to be removed from the building under any circumstances. When using them during your shoot, they must be properly carried and handled. Any damages to items will result in additional fees. All inventory must be left the way it was found after it was used for your shoot. Furniture and decor must be picked up properly and completely when moving items on the white floors. Do not drag or push items across the floor. You will be held responsible for damages or scratches to the white floors/walls. Booties (shoe covers) will be provided and are required when walking on the white floors with shoes. If for some reason you need to walk on the white floors without booties, then you must remove your shoes and wipe your feet WELL on the rugs provided. Models are allowed to wear shoes if they are new and/or properly cleaned prior. When taping down chords/paper backdrops, ONLY use the painters tape provided. No duct, masking, gaff tape, etc., is allowed. Studio sessions start at the contracted time. You will be given a 30 minute time allotment for clean-up at the end of your session. If the studio is rented for multiple days, the clean-up time allotment applies to the last day only. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Cleaning tools will be provided. If excessive trash, dirt, glitter, florals, etc… are left behind, a cleaning fee will be applied. “Cleaning up” includes sweeping up ALL debris, and putting ALL trash in garbage/recycle bins. Help yourself to beverages at our beverage station, but be mindful of the next guest and clean up after yourself. There is a wireless speaker available for bluetooth connection; hold down the power button to form a connection. Eight softbox lighting units are provided, but we encourage photographers to bring their own lighting equipment for their needs. The rollup doors may be opened for natural light, but be mindful of the wind. If it is deemed too windy during your shoot time, then we will not allow these doors to be open for your safety.
