Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is cleaned thoroughly in between cleanings, cleaning supplies are available for all, hand sanitizer is available and the space may be opened for fresh air, ventilation.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The Gallina House offers a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, loft layout with a beautiful hand-made wooden spiral staircase and unique features such as adobe and log walls, chevron wooden ceilings, bright light, and a peaceful, quiet area deep into the woods and 2.5 acres available for outdoor space. The house has a backyard fire pit as well as a patio area with a hand-made wooden bar and chiminea! The Gallina House is located about 20 minutes outside of beautiful Taos, New Mexico and offers views of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range, the Ski Valley, and the mesa!

Parking description

Our house sits on 2.5 acres and has a large, private driveway and parking area. Many vehicles can fit.

General Rules

No smoking inside the house. Pets allowed, outside catering allowed, alcohol allowed. We are very flexible with what's allowed at the house and do not have many restrictions/rules. Open to negotiating all types of contracts/needs.
