About SF AppWorks
The space is an open, brick warehouse with 25 foot ceilings. Very airy and light, with tables, a couch/sitting area with large TV that you can cast to, a stage, and a great open feel to it. This space is an awesome place to have a small party or corporate event, a meetup, a corporate offsite, or a business meeting. There is also a full commercial kitchen, if you want to bring in a caterer. There's a small front space with a meeting booth and a mezzanine with a couch, if you want to have breakout sessions.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

This space was perfect for our party. We played our music loud and danced the night away. Andrew was always quick to respond to my questions leading up to our rental day, and he allowed me to see his space before we made a final decision. On the day of our party, Andrew set up several of his tables with tablecloths for us so we didn't have to drag all of our fold-up tables to SF (we live in the South Bay). This is a great space for medium to large parties with two bathrooms and a huge room with a stage. We had 23 people, but you could easily fit 50 - 75 people comfortably in the space. Our party was perfect, and this venue definitely elevated our event.

This space is perfect for a party! The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative. They have multiple options for set up which was great! all of our guests really appreciated the uniqueness!

Andrew has been on of the most accommodating and helpful hosts I've worked with. He was always responsive and willing to assist with those last-minute minor issues that always spring up with event planning. The space itself is lovely and even more spacious than the pictures portray. I held a small concert for friends + family. Andrew was willing move furniture and adapt the space for my event's needs. Got numerous compliments from guests on how nice the space was. I strongly recommend this space if you're considering it.

We were able to move all of the furniture, and the host, Andrew, was incredibly accommodating. He was very flexible about our timeframes, and insanely responsive when it came to any and all questions. I would recommend using this space to anyone.
