About the Space

Our space in the heart of Culver City is just marvelous. It's fully renovated and has lots of charm and creativity. Theres a full kitchen, 3 seating areas, an outdoor terrace that connects to the inside with a stylish garage door. The space also includes 3 unisex bathrooms along with ping-pong table, foosball table and plenty of outdoor space to have the perfect event. The exposed bricks really gives the space a great vibe and music can be on pretty load. You may move around the furniture as long as its put back in it's original location. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
