This space is perfect for business meetings, families, photo shoots, brunches, and more. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All of the basic amenities are provided. There is a ring light and LED mirror. Lots of natural light as well. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has additional space outdoors

It was a great experience filming! The house was awesome, neighborhood was very quiet and the footage looked great. The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to work with. It was easy entrance and exit, and the natural lighting from the windows is 10/10! I give it 5 stars with one note just so people know before booking: many pieces in the house, furniture, art, shelving etc is completely secured in place with screws, straps, or glue. So if you plan to move anything around be warned! Only things we could move were the couches, coffee table, and chairs. Not complaining at all! Just something to know.
