About the Space

Our home features an open floor plan, with outdoor and indoor living and dining spaces. The garage is repurposed as an additional living space. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our backyard is complete with an in-ground pool. It is located in central Phoenix, near Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Ashley was an incredible and kind host she was super responsive and was able to accommodate all of our needs. The space itself was beautiful some had more natural light than others. We brought additional continuous lighting for our photo and video shoot. There’s a laundry room that was perfect to keep all of our equipment tucked and out of the way. Our team had a good time and would highly recommend the space for others!
