About the Space
This studio, Headshot + Brand Bar, is owned and designed by a brand photographer and video producer. It was designed to be used as a space that you can adapt to your needs. Decorated with 2 desks, a coffee table, 2 couches, tons of colored pillows, props, a dining table, and more. There loads of gorgeous East-facing windows that make dreamy light. Feel free to move furniture, plants and use the props in the prop closet. This space is 1700 sq feet, 5 shooting rooms/areas, a full prep kitchen and vaulted, wood beamed ceilings, 2 stories and a bathroom with a shower upstairs. Note, there is no bathroom on the ground floor. You can pull up to the door to easily unload gear and free on-site parking.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Carley and her team set us up with a dream location for our party. its light and airy, and all the furniture and accessories make the space so comfortable. Everything was clean and organized making the set-up so quick and easy. I highly recommend the studio for photoshoots, events, and parties!

Carly and her studio were so fantastic for our photo shoot! She was so helpful and gracious and her studio was amazing! It has everything you could possibly think of, from multiple complete rooms to countless furniture and artwork and plants to a full kitchen. It's like I was in her home! So great. I'd go back limitless times.

Carley is an excellent host with a beautiful and empowering space. Everything was set up with intention. I had my brand photoshoot here and felt very supported. Would 10/10 book again. Can't wait until my next shoot.
