About the Space
Space includes open grassy area perfect for outdoor gathering and a covered patio. Entire space is large enough to contain 100- 150 people. Tables and chairs included for additional charge. Space would be perfect for small weddings, painting classes, baby showers, birthday parties, family friendly medium size outdoor gatherings.
Absolutely no flyer parties especially those with the aim of charging a cover price on entry.
Booking is for only outdoor spaces and does not include inside of the house. A portable toilet will need to be rented for guests. A really nice portable toilet rented by past guest can be seen on pictures 16-20 of posting (it has running water and flushable toilet)

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
