About the Space
We offers a black and white modern luxury canvas, which allows planners, decorators, and creators, to create the look and ambiance they feel. It has Celine lighting, Strip lighting, and Led fire work chandeliers which provide great lighting also. It has a lounge room and motivational podcast room. It also has a kitchenette area which is perfect for food prep and food serving. Our space is perfect for intimate weddings/ceremonies, upscale baby showers, celebrations, photo shoots, video shoots, and more.

General Rules
A few rules we ask guest to abide by:
•No smoking
•No pets
•No children without parental guidance
•No Drugs
•No firearms allowed inside
•Outside catering is allowed
•No alcohol sales without permits
•No large candles
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Our Venue does have security cameras to monitor activity inside and outside the Venue. No camera are in dressing rooms or bathrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before, in between, and after all events and occupancies. Safety and cleanliness is a major concern for our guest, customers, and ourselves.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
