A truly one-of-a-kind property nestled on 35 beautiful acres with its own 80-foot waterfall, stream front open air restaurant, 200-year-old Inn/Bed and Breakfast, and a stream side 2 bedroom and bathroom cabin. Our B&B is located in a countryside setting, however, conveniently only minutes away from the town of Brevard and the entrances of Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Park.
Our B&B was originally the Patton House - built by Charles Patton, a native of Transylvania County, in the 1860s. The back section was constructed prior to The War Between The States; the larger front section was built after the war. Wood, sand and layered rock were hauled from the mountainside behind the homesite; door, windows and hardware were purchased.
