About the Space
Spectacular 1905 sqft Swanky reception venue for private meetings, networking events, rehearsal dinners or just get togethers up to 25 people. This is a Meeting package with no catering. (Catering and over 25 people would be an Event at $200 per hour 4 hour minimum.) Located on second floor penthouse style with no elevator. Premium Music with Sonos surround sound system, TV monitors and plenty of schmoozing areas even dancing space. 5 areas of amplitude starting off with Large Granite Bar with LED color changing lighting that can sit 10 comfortably and TV Monitor. Up to approximately 300 sqft of dancing or additional dining space. Safari Room with increased seating just off the dance floor and bar can seat 5. Conference room which can be transformed into a swanky VIP seating area featuring 360 degree of windows for light and bright events with stunning views of the area. A leather couch and love seat with coffee table, 65 inch smart flat screen Tv with a 10ft HDMI cord for computer. High speed 600 MBPS service Wifi included. Recessed lighting and window shades to darken room if necessary and 2 tables that seat 17 in this room including the couches. Table linens provided. Up to three additional tables with linen that can accommodate 12 more is included. Finally the large Kitchen with microwave, Keurig coffee, refrigerator, sink and large counter space for catering chafing dishes. His and her luxury bathrooms. Catering can be provided for additional charge from premium restaurants along with a coordinator for the event included in the catering package. Coordinator can also help poor and serve the alcohol you bring. We do not sell alcohol. We have two refrigerators included for use and we supply all plasticware and cups. Professional Two microphone Karaoke system can also be purchased at additional charge and it plays through the Sonos system and TV monitor at the bar with use of Youtube Premium. 25 people can be seated comfortably at the same time. Bring your own step and repeat backdrop. We can provide a lighting package if necessary.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This was the second time booking this venue. It was just as fabulous as the first time! This space is really nice to host a comfortable event with lots of space to move around & nice sound system and lighting. The kitchen/bar makes the space even more desirable and not feel crowded to serve food. Freddie is also super accommodating and helpful! He gets back to you quickly on all questions. This space was absolutely perfect for an intimate 40th birthday celebration. It was exactly what we needed. Freddie was an amazing host and so responsive and flexible. The set up in the space was fantastic and instructions were clear and thorough. Would for sure book again!

Freddie and his space were both amazing. It could not have gone better for a lively party without the offered space. The lights, music system and karaoke system gave you all the party vibe you need. We had around 40+ guests and the place was all suited for that. The communication with Freddie was clear and accurate. He was available all times for all the questions. My daughter birthday party turned out to great , thanks for all your corporation. The bar area and kitchen helps you to serve food with chaffing dishes that can be provided at minimal cost. Awesome and fun space. Perfect for my medium sized group. Excellent facilities and awesome sound system. Host was prompt with responses and extremely helpful through my booking process as well as ensuring my event went well. Great location in the heart of Winter Park.

My fiancé and I are both truck drivers. By some miracle, we had a load heading to Orlando, so I decided to plan a last minute surprise party. I booked the space late in the evening and it was ready to go early the following afternoon. By the end of the night, he called it his "BEST BIRTHDAY EVER." The host was AMAZING. Very accommodating and responsive into the night. He truly helped make our evening a success. Our guests had so many compliments about the space. The lights around the bar area made it come alive. It was spacious and clean. More than enough room for our group to dance and chat. There was plenty of seating. The kitchen area was well stocked. Check in and check out was easy to follow. Plenty of parking for everyone. If you're wondering if you should book this space, this is the sign you needed. Do it!
