Custom Home Filled with Natural Light Surrounded by Nature

This was an excellent experience with this space. George and Mariana were fantastic, welcoming, and extremely kind hosts, and the space served our group's purpose exactly how we wanted it to. I highly recommend this listing as well as anything else George and Mariana list on Peerspace. It was genuinely a pleasure to collaborate with them, and our large group had a great dinner celebration as a result of their hospitality. The space had two large living areas, a large kitchen, and several other rooms, as well as magnificent space outdoors, with the front lawn and incredible back yard. This was in December, and I can only imagine what it is like to be there in the summer. The space was also impeccably clean and tidy, and members of my group could not believe I was able to find a space of such high quality for the price we paid. George was very easy and open to communicate with in advance, and George and Mariana answered our questions on site as well as helping us settle in and prepare for our event. I hope this makes it clear how fantastic the overall experience was at this space for our event, and I very highly recommend this to anyone else interested. I certainly plan to be back again.

We booked this house to get ready for our weeding and take pictures. It was a great space and beautiful for pictures. The hosts were very friendly.

Marianna was so sweet to my team and very accommodating. I was running a bit late to my shoot but she assured me that everything was going to be okay and even made some lovely treats for my crew which everyone loved! I will definitely be coming back to this space in the future.

This was a fantastic space - I held a small gathering, about 25-30 people (it could easily have accommodated another 10 people), and it was everything the pictures made it out to be. Lots of space for cozy hanging out, great "flow" for guests to move around and socialize. George and Marianna are very friendly and were always there when we needed them, and they even dealt with most of our trash and recycling. Plenty of parking; clean, modern kitchen with plenty of refrigerator and counter space, great sound system for background music, spacious rooms. I would absolutely book this space again if I needed to host a social gathering.

Excellent experience. Host greeted us when we arrived and made us feel right at home. The space is gorgeous and clean, exactly as advertised. This was the perfect setting for our photoshoot; both indoors and out! We'll definitely be back.

Best experience!! We had our "Microwedding" here in October with 25 guests. It was so difficult to find a space that accommodated our needs for a ceremony, reception dinner, and had beautiful backgrounds for photos. This event space could not have been more perfect! The space is absolutely gorgeous. Our guests and our photographers are still talking about how amazing the house was. Beautiful landscape, plenty of parking, incredible natural light. Unique interior that could work for many different types of functions and events and provides the best backdrop for pictures. The hosts, George and Marianna were the absolute best! Super accommodating and responsive. They were able to answer questions right away leading up to the date of the event, they allowed us to set up early and provided recommendations for local dinner spots. Marianna cleared her schedule day of event to be onsite for help. She coordinated with guests and caterers to make sure the day was flawless. They got us a wedding card, and their genuine interest in us having an amazing day was so super nice. I would absolutely recommend having your event here!
