Our neighborhood is friendly and safe. Additionally, bright white lights illuminate around all angles of the home beginning at dark to help ensure maximum safety. Parking lot has bright white lights also

PLEASE READ all of house rules below and review them. . If you have any questions or need clarification please advise . Thank you! This is a friendly and peaceful neighborhood community. Be considerate and courteous to our neighbors / family members. If any discordance occurs as a result of your visit or anyone associated with your group everyone will be asked to leave without a refund. ***Guest are expected to clean the following: *Wash their own dishes *Clean areas of the house used. *Keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean at all times and take their trash out. ( Large trash bin provided right outside the entrance. Please place all trash inside of trash bags and place into trash receptacle. Trash removal service is included in the price for guest convenience . *Kitchen appliances, ,games and game parts, and chairs, are to be left where you found them. *Please strip the bed sheets and comforter off the used beds at check out. If intensive cleaning is required you will be charged a second additional cleaning fee of $250. If you need assistance with anything let me know and I will gladly help! We have provided a handful of complimentary items for your convenience. Some of those items include: Nespresso machine, tea bags, cooking seasonings and oil, kitchen tools, feminine products, shampoo and conditioner and body wash, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, iPhone and iPad, Android, and laptop chargers. Once these items have been exhausted it is the responsibility of the guest to purchase items for your stay. As a part of our quality assurance procedure a detailed inventory and inspection check is completed before and after each guest check in and check out. This is done to ensure we are providing guest with functional and working amenities. 👉🏼 You will be responsible for anything missing, broken or damaged and will be charged accordingly. 👈🏼 Absolutely NO Smoking allowed indoors or near the homes entrance by booking guest or anyone associated with them. This includes vaping, hookah, marijuana and e-cigarettes. Non- compliance with this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property with NO refund. Additionally, a $250 fee (Separate from the standard cleaning fee and deep cleaning fee of $250) will be added to remove odors, clean and sanitize the home. Quiet time starts at 9 pm and ends at 7 am every day. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Absolutely no parties, gatherings or events are allowed at the Oasis at Market Street. Anyone outside of the original booking party is prohibited. Permission for additional visitors must be requested directly to the host. *** Make sure the number of people in the house match the number of people specified in the reservation. There will be a charge of $150.00 per additional person. . The Oasis at Market Street is equipped with six high definition exterior cameras surrounding the property. These are in place both for our guest safety as well as for the owner. At no times will these cameras be turned off or disabled for any reason. Guest are prohibited from touching, changing, disconnecting or tampering with any security equipment. Guest are financially liable for any damage done to security cameras. If I have to send someone to the house or I have to troubleshoot or reconnect anything it would be a extra charge of $100 unless of course is a power outage. ** Note, there are no indoor cameras!!** Please message me if you have any questions! I am available 24/7. Report any damages that occur during your stay immediately. NO PETS allowed. If you have a pet please select another location. We live in the home and some guest have severe allergic reactions. BBQ grill and supplies provided for your convenience. Things to be aware of and consider prior to booking the Oasis at Market Street : 1) We are always striving to improve the property. Occasionally maintenance will cutting the grass and servicing the yard. 2). Guest are to utilize the clearly marked parking lot that is reserved for you. The parking lot is identified by a large rectangle sign that reads, " The Oasis at Market Street, Welcome Guest Parking." Vehicles must be parked in such a manner that it does not block the natural flow of traffic in and out of the main driveway. No lawn parking. No garage parking. One vehicle is allowed per family unit that has a valid reservation. No parking is allowed in the main driveway for any period of time. Unauthorized parked vehicles or vehicles in violation of listed rules will be towed. This impound fee will be charged to the booking guest. 3). With the exception of the basement patio area the rest of the property is off limits. The tree swing, large trampoline zip line and zip line towers are off limits for all guest at all times due to safety reasons. 4). No fireworks of any kind are allowed at anytime. No silly string or similar items allowed on property. No confetti bombs or similar items allowed on property.
