Nestled in Southwest Houston, just a short 15-minute drive from the vibrant Galleria area, this 1,200 square foot space offers a dynamic setting for a variety of events and gatherings. Step inside and discover three inviting rooms, perfect for hosting unforgettable birthday parties, elegant baby showers, engaging book club meetings, productive work sessions, captivating photoshoots, lively podcasts, and so much more. Immerse yourself in the stylish ambiance, featuring a captivating grass wall that adds a touch of nature to the space. The main room boasts impressive high ceilings, complemented by three state-of-the-art TVs and a convenient Bluetooth speaker system, creating an immersive audiovisual experience for your enjoyment. Additionally, you'll find a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave, allowing you to prepare light refreshments with ease. The unisex bathroom offers privacy and comfort, while the outside garage access provides added convenience for loading and unloading. Unwind in the game room, complete with a pool table and a selection of entertaining games, ensuring endless hours of fun and relaxation at your leisure.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Loved having this space for my birthday party! The space is nice and clean and everyone had a blast with the games. My DJ was able to easily set up and there was plenty of space to dance or sit. The front room provided for a cute photo background. Billy was very responsive and made things very easy. I will most definitely look to book here for future events and I highly recommend this space for others as well!
