Enjoy yourself in our cottage-style backyard, featuring an open grass lawn and white wood pergola, perfect if you want a private space to host an outdoor party! The grass space can fit up to 6 round tables or rectangular tables (6-foot). The pergola space can fit up to 5 additional tables. The pergola space is often used for food and gift tables. Popular Features of Our Space: ★ Back Driveway for all vendors and guests to unload with ease ★ Large Trashcans provided so you don't have to haul your own trash ★ FREE and easy street parking for all your guests ★ Indoor Bathroom ★ Refrigerator for dessert! Popular Add-ons: ★ Water Mister to keep your guests cool Floral: This space is often used by the owner for Floral Styling, Workshops, & Events. Answer: No, only 2 tables (6ft plastic) and 6 wood folding chairs area available for add-on rent. Most guests rent through Cricket Party Services or Alberto's Party Rentals for tables, chairs, and linens. 2) Do you allow guests to preview the space? Answer: Yes! At this time to safeguard our address, you may preview the space if you book first. 3) Do you allow outside food and drinks? Answer: Absolutely! You bring all your own food, catering, drinks, alcohol, etc. 4) Do you allow music? Answer: Yes at a moderate level! Music needs to be turned low by 8:30pm. 5) I'd love to order a Balloon Arch, how does that work? Add the "Balloon Arch" before checkout and Kelly will message you to confirm balloon colors! 6) I'd love to order Flowers from Kelly Mark Florals, how does that work? Please message the host and Kelly will start a separate conversation about your flower order!

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

My wife and I chose Kelly’s house for our intimate wedding reception dinner, and it turned out to be the best decision! Our party of about 40 guests fit comfortably, with room to spare even with 8 tables set up. The space is perfect for any small to medium-sized event. Kelly was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. She recommended a fantastic party rental company, which we used, and they were just as amazing. We also hired our own decorator, and everything came together beautifully. Additionally, there was ample parking for all our guests, which made things much easier. If you're looking for a venue for an intimate gathering, I highly recommend this location—it exceeded all our expectations!

Kelly & her husband were highly responsive from day 1 to allowing us to view their backyard before booking for our baby shower to contacting them regarding the setup. The backyard is the perfect size for the amount of people we had which was about 40-45. Their was ample space to play games and enough for a bartender and a taco man as well. I would recommend booking with her!

Kelly was the sweetest host and any questions I had, she and her husband were more than accommodating. This is my first time renting a space and as someone would understand I was sometimes hesitant on how to approach situations but Kelly walked me through things I needed clarifications on with ease and comfort. My grad party was beautiful. Thank you again Kelly! ♥️

Kelly and Nathan were wonderful, thoughtful and helpful hosts. They have a lovely backyard where we had a sweet meet and greet party for my daughter, and everyone had a lovely time. They were very responsive to any questions and very accommodating when unforeseen circumstances and needs arose, helping our event go smoothly. I highly recommend them for any event you'd like to host in an outdoor space.

Kelly and Nate are great communicators and very welcoming. All my questions leading up to our event were answered promptly, and their vendor recommendations worked out great. During the party, they were proactive in checking on our needs — always making sure we had trashbags and that the water mister was working. They are an absolute joy to work with and can’t wait to book here again!

Kelly was such a pleasure to work with and the backyard was perfect for my 1st wine pairing event! Kelly was not only very accommodating but also assured that me and my guests felt very comfortable. Kelly also did two balloon arches for me and they came out great! My guests loved the space and the host! I would definitely book this space again!
