Enjoy yourself in our cottage-style backyard, featuring an open grass lawn and white wood pergola, perfect if you want a private space to host an outdoor party! The grass space can fit up to 6 round tables or rectangular tables (6-foot). The pergola space can fit up to 5 additional tables. The pergola space is often used for food and gift tables. Answer: Only 2 tables (6ft rectangular) and 6 wood folding chairs area available for add-on rent. Most guests rent through Cricket Party Services or Alberto's Party Rentals for tables, chairs, and linens. 2) Do you allow guests to tour the space? Answer: To safeguard our address, guests that book may tour the space. You can cancel for a full refund up until 7 days prior to your event; so you can cancel after the tour if you're unhappy. You can request a video tour be texted to your phone, just message us :) 3) Do you allow outside food and drinks? Answer: Absolutely! You bring all your own food, catering, drinks, alcohol, etc. 4) Do you allow music? Answer: Yes at a moderate level! Music needs to be turned low by 8:30pm. 5) Do you have outlets outdoors? Answer: Yes! We have 2 outlets outdoors, we suggest you bring an extension cord. 6) Is your space indoors as well? Answer: No, just the backyard and guests may come inside to use the restroom. We have a fridge indoors as well, but prefer to help you take items in and out. :) 7) Is somebody on site during the party? Answer: Yes, someone is always available inside to help and answer questions.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
