Enjoy yourself in our cottage-style backyard, featuring an open grass lawn and white wood pergola, perfect if you want a private space to host an outdoor party! The grass space can fit up to 6 round tables or rectangular tables (6-foot). The pergola space can fit up to 5 additional tables. The pergola space is often used for food and gift tables. Popular Features of Our Space: ★ Back Driveway for all vendors and guests to unload with ease ★ Large Trashcans provided so you don't have to haul your own trash ★ FREE and easy street parking for all your guests ★ Indoor Bathroom ★ Refrigerator for dessert! Popular Add-ons: ★ Water Mister to keep your guests cool Floral: This space is often used by the owner for Floral Styling, Workshops, & Events. Answer: No, only 2 tables (6ft plastic) and 6 wood folding chairs area available for add-on rent. Most guests rent through Cricket Party Services or Alberto's Party Rentals for tables, chairs, and linens. 2) Do you allow guests to preview the space? Answer: Yes! At this time to safeguard our address, you may preview the space if you book first. 3) Do you allow outside food and drinks? Answer: Absolutely! You bring all your own food, catering, drinks, alcohol, etc. 4) Do you allow music? Answer: Yes at a moderate level! Music needs to be turned low by 8:30pm. 5) I'd love to order a Balloon Arch, how does that work? Add the "Balloon Arch" before checkout and Kelly will message you to confirm balloon colors! 6) I'd love to order Flowers from Kelly Mark Florals, how does that work? Please message the host and Kelly will start a separate conversation about your flower order!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
