Welcome to our Lani Malu, our East Coast suite, a perfect blend of privacy, versatility, and breathtaking cityscapes. Spanning 594 square feet, this private suite is named 'Lani Malu' - translating to 'Peaceful Sky' in Hawaiian, reflecting its peaceful ambiance and the sensation you are sitting on a cloud as you find yourself elevated over the city. Lani Malu boasts floor-to-ceiling windows across an entire wall, flooding the space with natural light while offering adjustable blinds for tailored lighting preferences. The suite's strategic design, featuring a centrally located lockable door, divides the room while maintaining an open, airy feel, ensuring utmost privacy and seclusion from the bustling office environment. Designed for flexibility, Lani Malu features a large whiteboard on the South wall, ideal for brainstorming and presentations. The suite is furnished with 6 pod-style desks, accommodating 12 people, and 7 individual desks, allowing for a total of 19 workspaces. This layout caters to various working styles, from collaborative groups to those preferring individual focus. The desks are reconfigurable, providing the freedom to create a custom workspace setup. For multimedia needs, a rolling large screen is available for presentations or virtual meetings, along with optional rolling whiteboards upon request. Lani Malu's unique appeal has attracted companies like Snapchat, who valued its privacy and adaptability for a team of up to 25 members in a hybrid working environment. Adjacent to Lani Malu are 6 extra dedicated desks and an additional table with 4 chairs, extending the suite's capacity to serve up to 30 people. This adjacent area, while not enclosed, remains a private extension of Lani Malu, ideal for larger gatherings or breakout sessions, with the option to keep the suite's door open for an integrated experience. This was our second time working with Seaton, Ricardo and team and they were once again, amazing. We felt well supported and communication was quick. The East Coast office had great lighting and the setup was exactly what we needed for our small VR production. 5/5 recommend and we are booking again since they have such a variety of spaces to choose from
