Gorgeous corner unit with Southern and Eastern exposure that's bright and beautiful even on an overcast day. The space is designed by influencer Rachel Martino and curated for endless photo moments throughout the space. Perfect to capture many backgrounds all in one space or to host an event, offsite, meeting, or party. Original loft details like exposed pipes, whitewashed brick, beautiful hardwood floors and big loft-style windows. 5 different wallpapers create lots of shooting opportunities. Colorful, fun areas include: ♥ Dried floral installation by local florist East Olivia with LED pink neon sign that says "pretty as a picture" ♥ Renovated kitchen with full-size pink SMEG fridge, white cabinets & pink cement tile ♥ Bold pop-art NYC coffee cup wallpaper corner with blue velvet bench ♥ 'Wonderland washroom' a whimsical bathroom with an Alice in Wonderland themed wallpaper, oversized porcelain sink with hold hardware & full length arched mirror great for photos and as a changing room ♥ Art Deco / Gatsby inspired wallpaper with cute circle bar cart for glam / bar style photography ♥ Beautiful, open living room with moroccan inspired rug, pink velvet sofa, teal velvet chaise & two vintage Cesca cane and brass chairs with a bone inlay moroccan coffee table ♥ Unique pink floral wallpaper with an oversized 7' leaning vintage-inspired Anthropologie gleaming primrose mirror ♥ Floor to ceiling fuchsia arched bookshelves filled with unique decor, props and color coordinating hardcover books ♥ Desk/Vanity for work from home or 'getting ready' style shots ♥ Green and pink floral grasscloth wallpaper covered closets Dream Loft *EVENT* Booking Rules: ♥ 4-hour minimum booking time required ♥ Instant Book does not guarantee final booking. All bookings are subject to review. ♥ Booking rules must be shared with *all* members of your booking. ♥ Address and all entry information will be provided after booking is finalized ♥ This is a self-service remote location - studio manager will be available via text message but is not on-site so please read rules, directions and descriptions thoroughly! ♥ Fourth floor walk-up building with *NO ELEVATOR ACCESS* ♥ Our space was designed with love and includes many fragile, sentimental and expensive pieces so please be extremely careful in the space. Any damages will be charged in full through Peerspace. ♥ Our space is monitored by cameras in entryway and main area (no cameras in bathroom) and are checked periodically during booking to ensure exit times, sound levels, and all rules are followed by all guests ♥ No early access permitted - code access will begin at booking time ♥ Please be aware of the overtime rules. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5x our stated hourly rate. Early arrival and late exit are both considered overtime. ♥ If anything in the space is moved during booking, it must be reset before booking end time. We recommend taking photos when you arrive to ensure place is the same as when you arrived. ♥ Key set *must* be placed back in the key box outside the building at the end of your booking. In the event of a lost key, damages for replacement keys and locks will be charged through Peerspace. ♥ Please use provided trash can and bags for all trash and remove at the end of your booking. We kindly ask that you replace the bag with a new one (provided) prior to leaving. Trash room is located on the same floor as the unit - make a left when exiting the space and then take your first available right. Trash room will be on the left hand side. ♥ Sound must be kept *low* to be respectful of neighbors. If any sound complaints are submitted from building management or tenants during your booking, your booking is subject to immediate cancellation with no refund for remaining time in your booking. ♥ All music must be off no later than 10pm to comply with building quiet hours. ♥ Front door must remain shut at all times ♥ Absolutely no gear, equipment or personal items may be left in hallway or anywhere outside the unit. ♥ No shoes allowed on white rug ♥ Nudity is not permitted for Event bookings. ♥ Please do not touch, handle, bump, or attempt to move the floor length mirror in the bathroom ♥ No food or beverage is allowed on or near the white rug, soft cloth furniture pieces, or on the vanity/desk piece. ♥ We do not permit confetti or glitter use in the space. We do offer an add-on option for glitter or confetti use at a flat rate of $150. Should you not purchase the add-on prior to your booking and still use confetti or glitter in the space, the add-on price will be charged to you after your booking through Peerspace. ♥ Stovetop/oven use is permitted for Event bookings. Prior authorization is required for use, please inform us prior to your booking if you require use of the stovetop/oven. ♥ Please be specific in your booking request as to your food & beverage plans during your Event. Please note that any vendor (catering, bar, etc) staff members do count toward your total head count and will need to be included in your booking request. ♥ Minimal kitchen supplies are available on-site. Please arrange to bring your own tableware, flatware, serving dishes, serving utensils, cups, wine keys, etc, as needed. By continuing with your booking and agreeing to these rules, you accept full liability for any outside items brought into the space. ♥ Alcohol use is permitted for Event bookings. Alcohol CANNOT be sold on the premises under any circumstance whatsoever. If any monetary transactions for alcohol take place, your booking is subject to immediate cancellation with no refund for remaining time in your booking. If at any point alcohol consumption becomes excessive to a point that Dream Loft Studios staff deems hazardous to the space or the guests, your booking is subject to immediate cancellation with no refund for remaining time in your booking. Dream Loft Studios and its respective owners/employees are not liable for any actions of guests as a result of alcohol consumption on the property. By agreeing to these rules, you accept full liability for yourself and your guests. ♥ Absolutely no drugs may be brought into and/or consumed in the space under any circumstances.
