Neighborhood is quiet and street is low traffic. Ambient noise comes from appliances and furnace (thermostat controlled).

Ranch style home, so front and back doors leading to first floor and finished basement can be accessed without stairs.

Flexible

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Consider set up and tear down time when booking. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Guests are required to remove their own garbage by taking it with you or putting it in our outdoor trash cans. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, landscaping, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. You’re welcome to remove wall art and decor but it must be returned to its original place (same with furniture). You are responsible for the cost to repair or replace any damaged household items. MISCELLANEOUS No smoking. No glitter or confetti. Animals are permitted but must be discussed and agreed upon in advance of booking. All local township, county, and state guidelines must be followed, including those related to noise, pyrotechnics, and or smoke generation. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Furniture and wall decor can be moved we just require that everything is put back to its original location upon completion of the shoot.
