This space is Safe & Sanitized after every use. This Light controlled creative studio is in the inner sunset right off 7th, San Francisco. Great for film and photo production! This is a converted 8.5x17ft garage, with lofted ceilings, Behr Ultra White Textured walls and Battleship Gray concrete floors. We installed a 4,000 Lumens Temperature selectable (3K/4K/5K) Dimmable overhead panel light. I PROVIDE Continuous Video Lights meant for Video. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
