About the Space
Converted from a former glass tile factory, this raw space houses a pool table, ping pong table, upright piano, lounge area and small movie theater fitted with a high definition projector and surround sound system. This space is well suited for your next film screening, location shooting, Superbowl party, game night or anything in between. Easy access to cable, Netflix or music right from your phone. Fridge and table space provided for food and beverages. Street parking is a breeze! There are tons of great food options nearby, including the amazing Happy Belly Deli and Juice Bar down on the bottom floor of the building (open Mon-Fri, 9am to 3pm). Please note that we have a 2 hour minimum for booking this space. In-person viewings are available for a $25 fee which is then subtracted from the total booking amount.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Friendly hosts and dope space! Great for a large group with movie theatre, ping pong and pool. Great entertainment capabilities and plenty of seating. Super grateful to celebrate in this space!

We had so much fun for my husband’s surprise party! It’s tucked away so it was perfect. All the guests commented on how fun and cozy it was. We even had a two person band and some dancing. Loved the experience!

The space was great and the same as in the photos, we had a great time. Alexa was an awesome host and had good vibes. It was a great place for any kind of get together. She answered any questions quickly.

This space has everything as advertise and more. Alexa,. was very responsive to all my questions. Her team was very helpful, and available as needed during the photo shoot. Will definitely be coming back to shoot here again. This studio has lots of options, and various looks you can get from it This spot also make a great spot to hangout or host an event.

This was the perfect space for my birthday party! Everyone was really impressed with how clean & fun the space was! I would definitely book this again. The host was really responsive. And it was 85 degrees that day but the place stayed cool! My only complaint was that the door to get in had to be locked all the time - just wish I had known that ahead of time so I could've put that in the instructions to guests. A lot of folks were confused about where to go since the door was locked so I spent a good chunk of the evening on my phone.
