About the Space
Converted from a former glass tile factory, this raw space houses a pool table, ping pong table, upright piano, lounge area and small movie theater fitted with a high definition projector and surround sound system. This space is well suited for your next film screening, location shooting, Superbowl party, game night or anything in between. Easy access to cable, Netflix or music right from your phone. Fridge and table space provided for food and beverages. Street parking is a breeze! There are tons of great food options nearby, including the amazing Happy Belly Deli and Juice Bar down on the bottom floor of the building (open Mon-Fri, 9am to 3pm). Please note that we have a 2 hour minimum for booking this space. In-person viewings are available for a $25 fee which is then subtracted from the total booking amount.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I had an amazing experience renting this space! Even after a mistake on my end, they went above and beyond to help fix it and earned my trust when they didn’t have to. The front area was perfect for the occasion, and though we didn’t use the entire space, it turned out to be just right. This birthday was truly one to remember! I love this place and will definitely be renting again – but next time for PM, not AM! Highly recommend!

Everything was good with this space for my son's 16th birthday. I have a few suggestions. More air flow would be great as everyone was sweating even with the front door open and all 3 fans running. It would be beneficial to have access to a sink with running water in the kitchenette area instead of only having the bathroom sink. I suggest having a list of instructions for the theater room. The set up wasn't user friendly, even with multiple high school kids attempting to get everything to function. We were able to hook up blue tooth to a phone once and after that, nothing would connect preventing us from enjoying the theater room. The space was great and and everyone had a wonderful time. Our host Gabriel who let us in was very friendly and helpful.
