About the Space
Book our peaceful luxurious large space with 18ft high ceilings. Guest will be able to enjoy 2 large stoned fireplaces interior and on patio. Guest can enjoy open floor plan of dining room, kitchen, living room, breakfast nook and patio. We have 2 bathrooms accessible for giest. Bedrooms are available upon request. Space can be used for -Bridal showers - Baby showers - Dinner parties - Business meetings -Romantic fireplace dinners - Family photoshoots - Private chef events - Girl's night sip and paint -Private patio picnics

Excellent host. Was extremely quick to respond and space was very clean, spacious and perfect for what we needed to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Loved the out door covered patio with tv. I will for sure book this space again. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. 5 star property and beautiful space

I can't say enough about Arleshea. She was a super host. The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. My Mother truly enjoyed her 70th surprise birthday party. The home has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is so inviting. She let my deliveries arrive before my booking time because the delivery windows were not flexible. One of my inflatable number balloons was deflating and she let me know immediately. My family truly enjoyed our time at peace if mind luxurious estate. She was an excellent host and communication was a 10. Thank you so much!

The pictures don’t do this listing ANY JUSTICE!!!! Very beautiful neighborhood… the home is very spacious, welcoming, and VERY well kept… We hosted our event outside. There is a very nice patio and a very very large backyard… we would highly recommend this home for. You won’t be disappointed.
