Welcome to our Large Meeting Room, thoughtfully designed for collaborative meeting space. This soundproof, temperature controlled room provides an HDMI hookup, Apple TV, an optional whiteboard, convenient hot & cold filtered water station, coffee available in a community kitchen and a beverage fridge with various options for purchase. The Large Meeting Room is set in the heart of the main floor. Everything—from the location and floor plan, to technology and even the paint color—was selected to provide the best environment possible for productive work outside the city of Chicago.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Good space - no issues accessing, etc. Might suggest a blind of some format for the glass opposite the TV for some additional privacy

Great space and super convenient to OHare. Nice kitchen and super clean. The check-in process to get the access code is overly complicated. An email that directs you to download an app that requires you to set up an account. And downloading the app in advance is not an option.

I love using this space to host my meetings with clients. It's close to O'Hare, so it's super convenient for clients flying in from out of state. The space is always nice, calm, and relaxing.

During my recent visit to this location, I once again had an exceptional experience. The venue and its surroundings are excellent, but what truly sets it apart is Lauren. Her promptness, responsiveness, and professionalism make working with her a pleasure. I am confident that I can rely on her for any assistance I may need and look forward to collaborating with her again in the future.
