About Second Home Holland Park
Host your talk, dinner, product launch or drinks reception in our magical courtyard. We can seat 40 theatre-style events, 60 standing, or 30 for an intimate dinner setting. Available for evening hire Monday – Friday (from 5pm). With WiFi, Sonos for background music, and a TV screen on request (with Mac and PC inputs). Pre-order packages are available for catering provided by our on-site cafe. Please note that there is a 10% cleaning fee per hire. We require a 6-8 hour minimum for weekend bookings, with a standard day rate of £3600 (incl VAT), but please note this may vary and is event dependant. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
