There is a concrete pad behind the property that can fit 2 cars and the driveway could squeeze in 3 cars. Beyond that, it's street parking. Many of the neighbors do not have driveways, so in the evening the street parking might be a few cars down. During the day, you can almost always park in front of the house.

There may be some car noise here and there during peak times, but otherwise quiet neighborhood and appliances are quiet.

The driveway is tight. We recommend backing into the driveway with an larger trucks (box trucks).

We do have the area locked. So if you need to access the panel, just call and we can let you know how to get to the secured area. Typical power of an older residential home. Circuit breaker is in the basement

No illegal activities on the property, Be kind and courteous to the neighbors. If you move it, put it back. If you dirty it, clean it. If it's garbage, throw it away. If you open in, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turned it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it or replace it. If you can't, let me know. The garage and basement are off limits. No open flames/fires of any kind in or out of the house (includes candles). Please lock the deadbolts only anytime you leave the house. No weapons, drugs or other dangerous items allowed. No Glitter or confetti or silly string No Fireworks (this includes outside) No FOOD OR DRINK upstairs. No pets, No smoking. Security cameras are not to be moved or unplugged. All smoke detectors are not to be tampered with. Please note that any amount of vehicles beyond 4 will have a difficult time finding a parking spot in the neighborhood. Many homes do not have driveways, so there are many cars parked on the street. Excessive noise is subject to a $500 fine. Overnight guests besides those noted in the reservation are not allowed. Booking guest is responsible for EVERY PERSON staying at the property. This includes damages, theft, injury or personal belongings on premises. This responsibility includes reporting any property damage immediately. Any unreported damages or theft will be billed to the booking guest for payment. By booking, you have agreed to comply with these house rules. Violating the rules are liable for any associated damages, fees/expenses, and subsequent ratings.

They just need to be put back as they were found and no damage to the floors from moving items.
