About The Dope Spot Studios
Our studio is a uniquely converted Garage located on Residential Property. Our housing program is one that provides housing for Artists and Musicians, so having a studio on the premises has been very beneficial for our tenants, locals and the surrounding communities. Our studio is located a few blocks from Downtown Pomona where there are a variety of venues, bars, restaurants and the historic Arts Colony. Inside, we have 3 total rooms: a Main Area, Control Room, and an Isolation/Vocal Booth. When booking our space, we can provide the appropriate equipment for Music Recording, Podcast Recording and other equipment (such as a PA System) and props for videos or photos. We host events all year round at our studio. People love the backyard space and the ability to book at a spot that can be more affordable and more flexible than traditional venues.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
