With over 4,500 square feet in our two-story space we take pleasure in providing a beautiful location for your next project. History of the space Located in the historical Warehouse District of Minneapolis, our former elevator manufacturing building, built in 1908 has seen many renovations and is not split into several studios. Our studios consist of a larger studio space with exposed wooden vaulted ceilings and brick walls, and a smaller, more intimate space with tons of natural light and original early 1900's windows. Neighborhood details Recently the warehouse district has transformed into The North Loop, with tons of new restaurants, bars, shopping, hotels, and condos springing up over the past few years.
