Great Western looking ranch with large red barn saloon type building and other red barns. Also has cottages that could double as beach cottages and an under road concrete tunnel overpass. Tons of space and several blocks of stables. Can use horses. This is a horse rental facility and also has private boarders. It is huge with open spaces for parking and shooting. One stable block was built for a movie and has better sound proof roof. Stables can look Western or English. A block of “cottages” are actually tack rooms but they are in a row with numbers and can easily double as holiday cottages. Large dirt arenas. Front of the property has large red barn looking, can easily be decorated for old west or current day Midwest. There is a concrete tunnels under the road, great for shooting tunnel shots. Trails into the mountains. Lots of horses available, plus a donkey, chickens and more. Nice walled in picnic area used for summer camps. Large farm equipment and hay storage. Some private boarders and riders on the property, you would need their permission if you want to film them, most are very friendly. Adjacent to Polo club, which we have listed separately on here since it has a different look, but renter can use both areas. Polo club includes huge arena that can also be a staging area. Very easy to get to, close to freeway and well within studio zone. Plenty of parking.
