About the Space
They say deals get closed on the golf course, right? Well you can close them rain or shine in our golf simulator room! It has a kegerator, and comfortable seating for up to 7 guests. Learn to play, or show off your talents! Golf clubs provided and included with the rental of the space.

Park at the parking structure at Century Centre Plaza located adjacent to 2601 Main St Irvine, CA 92614 which is next door to the apartments where the golf simulator is located at Main Street Village Apartments. The cost is $1.50 per 15 minutes and $6.00 per hour.

General Rules
No smoking in or around the facility. The building is smoke free this includes vaping, marijuana and all other methods including cigars and cigarettes. Basic cleaning is the hosts responsibility. Take all trash with you.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
