Open floor plan single family home in the iconic beach town of Oceanside in Northern San Diego County. The home features a bright photogenic living, dining & kitchen space. A gorgeous gourmet kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops and bright white cabinets. Natural finishes and unique textures accent the open space. Neutral finishes and tones are the perfect canvas for a set or photo shoot. The space works particularly well for product campaigns, lifestyle shoots and content creation. The space has a very clean modern yet warm and stylish look. The home is 1200sq feet Check out our instagram account @missionbungalow *Outdoor spaces are currently being designed & landscaped so not ideal for shooting outside YET but I will update the posting when the outdoor is complete.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
