About the Space
This space is very unique it comes with three different sections (200-275 sq ft each) that can be used for various things such as but not limited to business meetings, networking events, art gallery, photo studio, wine and design, small dance class, tutoring, lectures, arts and crafts. This space comes with Wi-Fi and a small garage area with a craft sink in the back. The middle section is the smallest section with the bathroom towards the corner. The front section is the showroom which clothes and products are displayed. The front section and the middle section are both carpet. The back section is titled. This space isn’t enormous nor huge but can certainly be useful.

Areas such as door knobs and handles are wiped off throughly with disinfectant wipes bathroom is cleaned with colorox beach carpet areas are vacuumed hand sanitizer will be readily available. Outside windows are cleaned routinely every other week, counter tops are sprayed and wiped down with bleach.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
