This booking is a sectioned-off part of a larger listing under the name Disco Dollhouse that is a continuation of the 1980's and 1970's as well as mid-century themed home. If you need to stand on the patio to talk or get fresh air, that is totally fine and I will not include that as an additional charge for the patio. If you would like to take photos or use it as additional space for production crew members then add-on charges will apply. Standard rate for the bedroom area is $49/hr and the entire space is $115 but please check pricing details for the most accurate pricing for your booking date. Booking rates vary based upon booking times and person count. Evenings (after 11pm) weekends (Sunday), and additional people will include a surcharge. PRODUCTION •For larger productions I do offer and recommend a walkthrough. Walkthroughs are 20 minutes max. This will allow your team to map out parking, take photos, check electrical needs, etc. •Please no production meetings on site, this is for scouting purposes only.
