This is a beautiful Spacious Loft located in the heart of Detroit. Our place is expertly decorated and incorporates all Detroit based, local art and furniture. The loft is steps away from the famous Sister Pie and right above one of the best Restaurants that Detroit has to offer. We are are also a 5 min walk from Red Hook coffee and a 5 min drive Downtown. You wont be disappointed!!! Perfect for all creative needs, we even have a 10 person table and chairs for meetings

We clean the space specific to covid guidelines but do not turn the beds since this is not an overnight stay
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
