About the Space
A quaint and safe newborn & toddler photography space. Feel comfortable bringing your new moms and tiniest of clients to my warm and inviting photo studio, Located in a quiet office building just off TO Blvd., this space has north facing windows, hardwood floors and white walls. A great blank canvas to create beautiful memories. I would prefer to rent to female photographers. Roughly 650 SQ Community bathroom located downstairs. Clean and safe location. Ample parking. Studio is located upstairs, with no wheelchair access. No elevator. There is no wifi available but plenty of cell signal.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

The studio was clean, very well appointed, and was perfectly well suited for newborn photography. Michele was very accommodating and responsive to my questions. This is a perfect option for genre specific studio.

Michele was lovely, very responsive and helpful. You need to be comfortable using actual lights to make this space really work for images so just keep that in mind if you book here. There isn't enough window light to really shoot otherwise without a high ISO but the amount of props and assistance she provides is totally worth it!
