Our beautiful clubhouse is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Duel pool tables will surely entertain the crowd! - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Overall a very good experience. Amazing decor and vibe. Only downside was apartment complex guests kept coming in and using the conference rooms that were included in the rental and thus we couldn’t use the full listing. But 100% would book again and plan to do so!

We held a small reception in this space! There were some great things- it was very beautiful and was mostly quite clean when we entered- just had to throw away a few things and sweep to get started. The space is very very beautiful and has lots of table space/independent areas for guests. A few things did not go so well. The instructions say you have to check in at the leasing office, but there was no one in the office the whole day. We couldn't figure out how to enter the space- we called the phone number provided and no one answered or ever returned our calls. I asked the host about this in our messages prior to the event (as other reviews had mentioned this as a problem) and was assured that someone would be present in the leasing office- this did not turn out to be true. We had to turn away residents who were trying to enter because there was no sign that the space was privately rented. (Luckily, the residents were very kind about it!). One of the bathroom doors does not have the ability to lock (the handle itself doesn't have a lock on it) and so we had an embarrassed guest There was an unfortunate incident with a stool that was completely broken before we arrived (I took a video- it had only 3/4 screws!)- a person fell off of it and hurt themselves. Finally, the lock on the back door was broken. We felt nervous leaving the space since no one was able to "check out" that we were leaving the space well (and anyone could enter the space since the door didn't lock!).

This is a great space to have a party. More than enough room for 50 people to be comfortable. Everyone was very impressed with the venue. I would have a party here again.

The thermostat was set at 73 and once we got 50 people in there it was uncomfortable and we could not get the ceiling fan to come on. I will say though, it was an incredibly hot day. Close to 100 degrees. So, that could have played a part as well.

Host was very responsive to all questions and concerns before the event. Had a gender reveal with a little over 50 people (forgot about the kids), and there was still plenty of space. The property manager on site was very kind and helpful with same day questions. Space was beautiful and a big hit with the family. 10/10 recommend!!

Overall the space was nice and as pictured. Mark was great at communicating and was accommodating when needing to adjust my booking. We did have a lot of residents interrupt our event, but kindly left whenever we told them it was reserved. Our biggest issue was the lack of onsite support - the women’s bathroom was not working (toilet wouldn’t flush) and there were no paper towels in the men’s restroom. Additionally, we were not told where to take out the trash / where extra trash bags were located. I texted the number provided to me with no response and my father in law asked someone in the leasing office and they were unable to assist.

Excellent space for a meeting, gathering, or to play. Mark was a great host and my team loved the space. Very accommodating for many different type of events.
