As travel season increases, we want to keep everyone safe and also stay in compliance with all sanitizing procedures associated with the Covid19 Pandemic.
Be advised that NO pets are allowed at this property.
On the day of check in, you'll automatically be receiving check-in instructions to include the keyless code to the door along with wifi login credentials.
Should you need an early check in, let us know 24 hours prior and we’ll attempt to accommodate at no charge.
Note that this is a non-smoking property.
Please let us know If you need additional soap or household cleaning supplies within 24hrs of your check in date.
If you have any maintenance issues, we need to be contacted immediately. We are on-call 24-7 for any maintenance issues that may arise. Failure to notify us will result in you being billed for the maintenance services.
Each bedroom has a queen bed with a mattress protector and two pillow, one towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth.There will be additional towels available in the closets or bathrooms.
Place all dirty laundry in the laundry baskets that are in the closets. If you didn’t occupy any of the additional beds, there is no need to strip them. Please leave them as is.
For cooling during the temperate months, the thermostat should ALWAYS remain on AUTO and never be locked into the ‘ON’ position. For example, if you leave the AC in the ON position during a hot day, it creates the risk of freezing the AC lines and damaging the unit.
If a maintenance issue presents itself due to the negligence of this rule, we will first attempt to work the situation out with you. Should it require a maintenance call to sort out, the guest will be responsible and billed for the services within reason.
TRASH PICK UP - If you're staying through the weekend, please place the trash can(s) on the curb for collection on Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup. Failure to do this causes trash to build up and sit unnecessarily.
Check-In and Check Out
Check In is at 3pm - Please refer back to your original booking details for further information
Check out is at 11am - note if you check out early please send a message via the platform app, letting us know so we can get the cleaner over to begin resetting for the next guest.
LATE CHECKOUT - We understand that things may happen which could delay your departure. Should you need additional time to gather your belongings and or tidy up, we require you to contact myself or co-host no later than 9am on the day of checkout.
Be advised that late checkouts will not go beyond noon on the day of checkout.
