There will always be an on-site manager present one floor above in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. We are two blocks from the liquor store, Playa Provisions, The Shack, Bacari, Cafe Pinguini, Tanner's Coffee and many more food spots, and only ONE BLOCK from the BEACH :) Even if you're not looking for a scary location it's great as a thriller spot! The beach across the street is great for that chill out nature vibe for photoshoots and video shoots.
