Deep cleaning takes place between studio uses. This

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

Located on the North Wales border between Chester and Deeside Great transport links for North Wales, liverpool, merseyside 840 SQft Studio space downstairs with large access, Overhead lighting Rig and heavy mains power. Interview/Podcasting Suite upstairs and fully equipped control room Sets available on request, Full production available. Equipment and crew available Outside is Semi industrial/Farm yard with accessible fields and countryside Adjacent yard area that can be used Suitable for Filming, Photography, Music Videos + More Onsite Cafe Area which can also be used.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

Natural Light Can be Achieved if the main shutter is left open. There are 12 LED Panels in the roof that offer working light however these also give a even coverage and CT is 4000K In addition we have a overhead lighting bars with a mixture of standard and LED units and lanterns available which can be controlled from the control room. Gels and filters available on request We also have a selection of softboxes and LED Panels which are available to use

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

At time of writing the main space is not currently full sound proof however sound proofing work will soon be undertaken (will update when complete) Some areas have acoustic treatment and we hang sound stop curtains and heavy drapes as required. We are situated on a quiet site. However with no additional measures external noise can occasionally be heard, this noise is never above conversation level

Large Shutter To access the main Studio Space (Cars can be brought into the studio) This is all flat Stairs to upstairs spaces.

Staging area is available

Parlour Space can be used for makeup and wardrobe. We also have a Cafe/Workshop area adjacent that can be used as a green room and crew space

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

General Rules

- Space to be left as found - No Smoking within the building - Cancellation policy in place - No Entry into specified areas - Any overhead rigging must be agreed prior to arrival and onsite crew member will assist.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Standard PLI Insurance for Hirer is recommended

Furniture and decorations may be moved

We will provide the space completely clear There is a wall unit next to toilet which can be removed. Please let us know in advanced

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security Cameras Outside that cover main yard. Cameras also inside spaces Alarm System and Onsite Security with patrol dogs

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
