We also have Arthurs Seat and Holyrood park literally on our doorstep. My home is a mix of historic Edinburgh with green views. The space would be great for professional events, art exhibitions, pop ups or screenings. We are unable to accept parties including baby showers & hen / stag dos.

Our cleaning schedule is arrange so as the property is completely cleaned at 10.00am before any guests arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
